From Toho's third Godzilla movie, 1962's "King Kong Vs. Godzilla", this "KING-GOJI" is one of the rare vinyl figure depictions available for serious KAIJU EIGA fans of the classic beefy 1962 style and shape of GODZILLA, the King of the Monsters !!! Of course, the "Holy Grail" of King Goji is the Bandai 1962 Godzilla made in 1983.  Afterall, it is listed as #1 on the Top Ten Toughest Standard Bandai Vinyl Figures list.  Not only is it one of the most highly desired GODZILLA collectibles but if you can find one it will cost you around $200-300 !!! Consider instead the KAIJUZOO Limited Production Series customized King Goji Godzilla offered here for sale.  It is the Toho Eiga King Goji which was patterned after the highly acclaimed Kaiyodo model kit sculpture.  But instead of the original factory condition, replete with sloppy glue marks, wide-open seams and marginal paint work, this unique custom figure has been completely rebuilt and repainted, top to bottom!!!  It now faithfully reproduces the style of paint patterns found on the Bandai including the distinctive hunter green color, red tongue and silver fins, chest and nails.  (Click Here to compare with the original Bandai used for painting guidelines).

The seams on the head, arms, legs and tail have been reglued, filled and textured to hide the fact that this figure was a built-up model.  The base coat is hunter green acrylic latex paint which was then covered with a wash to bring out the fine details of the molded vinyl.  The fins, tail segments and chest were dry brushed with silver to faithfully match the pattern on the Bandai figure.  Again, a slightly dark wash was added over the silver to help bring out the rough texture of the fins and chest.  Even the eye pattern, white teeth and red tongue are copied to make it look very much like the Bandai.  And then the final step in the custom restoration was to add a fine coat of clear non-yellowing acrylic spray to seal and protect the paint. Each figure takes about 10 hours to completely rebuild.  Also included with this limited production figure is the exclusive color tag shown below which was designed and produced by Kaijuzoo and NeoMonsterIsland.com.  It is printed on glossy cardboard stock and is signed and serialized with the production number.  The tag also comes with a gold stretch string and clear plastic tag protector.

This custom rebuilt and repainted Godzilla stands almost 7.5 inches and is about 13 inches from nose to tail.  The only point of articulation is at the tail base.  Bottom of right foot has Toho-Toho Eiga affixed plastic tag and bottom of left foot has gold foil Godzilla trademark sticker. The figure will be protected with the original factory plastic bag and will be very carefully packaged to ensure a safe shipment.  While Godzilla assumes his mighty pose with gaping wide-open mouth, raised  muscular arms and huge powerful legs, he's ready to jump onto your display shelf and kick some big hairy Kong-butt !!!
